12.3 Support Tickets and Email Communications

Support-related correspondence may be retained for business and compliance reasons for an extended reasonable period, typically between two and three years.

12.4 AI Logs and Transcripts

AI chat logs, voice transcripts, and related records are treated as standard CRM communication data and may be deleted upon request or automatically in accordance with the 90-day post-cancellation rule.

12.5 Backup Copies

Residual data may remain in secure backups for a limited time as part of routine backup cycles. These copies are not accessible for ordinary business use and are removed during normal system rotation.
